How to claim your Claude Code extra usage (free credit)#

1. You get $ 20, $ 100, $ 200 extra usage (free, depends on your plan)

Use it on Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or third-party apps. Valid until April 17, 2026.

2. Check if you’re eligible

You must:

• Be subscribed to Pro, Max, or Team plan before Apr 3, 2026 (9 AM PT)

• Have Extra Usage enabled

Not valid for Enterprise or Console accounts.

3. How to claim it

• Go to Settings → Usage

• Turn on Extra Usage (if not already)

• Click “Claim” on the banner

Done. No charge, credit is added instantly.

4. Important

• You can claim it between Apr 3 – Apr 17, 2026

• After that, it’s gone (no late claims)

5. Expiration

• Credit lasts 90 days after claiming

• Unused balance = expired (no rollover)

6. After it runs out

• Extra usage stays ON

• If auto-reload is enabled → you’ll be billed

• You can disable it anytime in settings
